One of the days we stayed in Bamberg, mom and I decided to go for a drive up to Coburg before Conference started that evening. Though it was raining, we had a fantastic adventure exploring the area. Mom spent a p-day here once upon a time, but she mostly remembered visiting the castle, so we both really enjoyed our adventure. Aside from the moisture it was a perfectly lovely autumn day, and definitely a highlight of the trip.
